On May 4, 2023, I participated in “GAILA XR Asia Cup Challenge 2023,” which is hosted by the International School of Tianjin. I was elected as a senior school representative to visit the event after the interview. With a growing interest in VR technology, this became a wonderful opportunity to explore the potential uses of this evolving technology beyond the boundaries of gaming.
I collaborated with five high school students from three international schools to provide a platform for students in DaeJeongEup to share their ideas and enhance their English speaking skills. As one of the leaders in this group, I constructed the meeting agenda for every Thursday meeting.
Initially joining the Yearbook Academy Club in 8th grade, I was drawn in due to my passion for creating designs using Photoshop and Illustrator. Every year, we choose the theme of the yearbook and create an annual school yearbook, which is published for the entire school.
Devoted to this club since 8th grade, our student council strives to promote healthy digital lives among students. We discuss digital citizenship and communicate with the school director of technology to consistently improve our knowledge regarding these topics.
As a member of the robotics club at our school, I created robots to participate in the Korea Robot Championship, which was held from January to August 2023. Part of the programming team, I programmed the foundation as well as the advanced movements of our robot.
